PRODUCT RETURNS
Due to the nature of our business, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Positively No Refund or Return.
If a product purchase arrives defective, the buyer has three (3) days upon receipt of item to contact us. We will make every effort to replace the item but in cases this is not possible a refund will be issued. All returns require a return authorization number. Buyers must send an email within the three days to [email protected] to request the return authorization number. Any returns without authorization will not be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS. Item must be returned in condition received with original contents intact. Shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.
